WHAT IS KL BASKETBALL?

Founders & Coaches:

Haralds Kārlis – Seton Hall University (NCAA Division 1, Big East Conference, 2011-2015), Latvia Men's National Team (2015), 3-year professional career.

Lauris Blaus – Represented all youth national teams in his age group and the year above. He had a 14-year international pro career.

KL Basketball mission:

We provide individual skill-focused basketball training year-round, helping young players improve and reach their full potential. This is our sixth year developing athletes and refining their skills on the court.

As founders, we—Haralds Kārlis and Lauris Blaus—are passionate about the game and dedicated to guiding the next generation of basketball players.

During school breaks, we offer specialized training sessions, and in the summer, we provide around 80 practices for players aged 10 to 18!

Early Bird registration till April 6th - 250 eur

Late registration till April 11th - 300 eur

Each training will have its own topic that we will work on - you can see the topics below in the training schedule.

Highly experienced basketball coaches

All four coaches will bring their top knowledge and experience from their careers as coaches and professional basketball players.

For boys and girls

The Spring Break training series is intended for both boys and girls. The maximum number of participants is 30!

The "Early Bird" registration

Register and pay the participation fee by April 6th (inclusive) – the participation fee is 250 euros.

Food in cafeteria after every practice

Meals after training will be available at the café on-site.

Series MVP awards

- 1x basketball shoes (boys)
- 1x basketball shoes (girls)
MVP awards are presented by Ballzy Basketball

Practices in English and Estonian language

Coaches Haralds and Lauris will coach the training sessions in English, while Marko and Rauno will be available to translate into Estonian if needed.

1 coach for every 5 participants

We prioritize quality in every training session, so one coach will be provided for every five participants.

Whatsapp chat

After registration, the guardian and participant will be added to the training series whatsapp chat, where information about the series will be shared.

Social Media practice represent

All training sessions will be featured on the Kļūsti Labāks social media platforms. The sessions will be filmed and photographed.

Guest lectures

Three special guests will be invited to the training series, who will share their experiences related to basketball. See info below

Players from every city in Estonia are welcome to participate!

All participants will be invited to one TalTech Alexela basketball game, as April is playoff time in the Estonian league!
